The NHS is awaiting national guidance that lets us extend the availability of COVID-19 booster jabs to all adults, a minimum of three months after receiving their second jabs. Thank you for your patience while we put this in place. For the time being, please only come for your booster jab if you are over the age of 40, and it has been more than six months since you had your second jab. If this does not apply to you, then an announcement will be made when you can get your booster.

If you would like to book or have a query regarding a covid vaccination, please do not call the surgery as we have no access to covid vaccination services but ring 119.

If you would like to chase up a referral, please contact the referral management service on 0208 865 2040

You may be contacted by the practice from time to time, asking if you would like to participate in a research study. All studies are approved by the GPs in the practice. You will always have the opportunity to discuss any study with your GP and are under no obligation to participate. You have the right to let us know if you would prefer not to be contacted for research purposes, please let the practice know if this is the case.
