You can pre-book appointments up to four weeks in advance. If you need an urgent, same-day appointment, please call the surgery at 08.00. Our lines may be busy, but we appreciate your patience—we will answer your call as soon as possible. Appointments may be face to face or over the telephone.

You may be prompted to press “1” to keep your place in the queue and receive a call back from the surgery, so you don’t have to stay on hold.

Our receptionists are trained to book you with the most suitable clinician based on a brief description of your concern. This may be a GP, an advanced nurse practitioner, a first contact physiotherapist, a clinical pharmacist, or a mental health practitioner.

Routine nursing appointments should be booked in advance.

Did you know your local pharmacy can now treat seven common conditions without a GP referral? These include sinusitis, sore throat, earache, insect bites, impetigo, shingles, and uncomplicated urinary tract infections.
